At IRMMW‑THz 2026, an international conference on infrared, millimeter‑wave, and terahertz science, Katayama delivered both a tutorial lecture and a contributed talk. The tutorial covered the technical foundations and recent advances of single‑shot spectroscopy, while the contributed presentation reported on the research theme pursued by Mr. Bungyoku, who graduated last year. Although Utah experienced an unusual rainy weather during the meeting, the conference offered a wide range of cutting‑edge presentations and was highly stimulating. The next venue will be Fukuoka!
