We invited Mr. Ogawa from the University of Tokyo to give a seminar on his recent work on generating optical waves with distinctive polarizations such as triangular and pentagonal states by combining multiple wavelengths of light. He introduced a variety of fascinating polarization states and we had an discussion about their potential applications.
